First Day of School
Kevin's first day of preschool was today and he took to it like a pro. There was a moment that made me wonder, while they were reaching and bending at the beginning of class...but all was well. I checked in on him about an hour later and he was playing with some of the other children.
When we went to pick them up, they were coming in from being outside - back in the class room I could see him laughing and paying attention to what the teacher was doing. His class let out at noon and he was eager to tell us about his day. He repeated bits of a story they had (The King's Pudding) and told us about the teachers and other kids.
He ate a bunch of his lunch, then it took him forever for him to fall asleep for his nap. All in all he had a great day and is looking forward to Thursday.
